UI/UX Design Agency in Egypt for Arabic and English Products
CodeStan is a software company in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, with an in-house UI/UX team that designs websites, mobile apps, dashboards and ERP screens for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We run user research, build clickable Figma prototypes, test them with real users and hand off a design system. Most projects take 3 to 10 weeks. Start on WhatsApp or book a free consultation.

Most products in the region are designed in English and flipped to Arabic at the end. The result is familiar: icons that point the wrong way, numbers and dates that break, Arabic text squeezed into boxes sized for Latin, and forms that confuse the very users you need. Add a dashboard with fifty fields or an ERP screen used eight hours a day, and poor UX turns directly into support calls, training cost and lost sales.
Our designers start from the user, not the screen. We interview the people who will use the product, map their journeys, and test early wireframes before polishing anything. Arabic and English are designed together from the first frame, with proper RTL mirroring and type that reads well. Because CodeStan also builds software, every design is checked with developers for feasibility, so what you approve in the prototype is what gets built.
What our UI/UX design service includes
User research and interviews
Short interviews with your customers or staff, analytics and competitor reviews, summarised into clear problems and user goals.
Personas and journey maps
Who your users are, what they are trying to do, and where they get stuck today, mapped step by step across channels.
Information architecture and wireframes
Sitemaps, navigation and low-fidelity wireframes that fix structure and flow before visual design starts.
Clickable Figma prototype
A high-fidelity, clickable prototype in Arabic and English, shared on a private link so your team and users can try it on desktop and phone.
Usability testing
Task-based tests with real users on the prototype, with a short report of what failed and what we changed.
Design system and component library
Colours, typography, spacing, icons and reusable components in Figma, with RTL and LTR variants and documented states.
Accessibility review
Contrast, text size, focus order, touch targets and labels checked against WCAG guidelines so more people can use the product.
Developer handoff
Specs, assets, tokens and annotated flows in Figma, plus a walkthrough with your developers or ours.

How long does UI/UX design take?
| Project scope | Typical timeline |
|---|---|
| UX audit of an existing website or app, with prioritised fixes | 1–2 weeks |
| Company or marketing website, Arabic and English, 5–12 pages | 3–5 weeks |
| Mobile app UX/UI, iOS and Android, 20–40 screens with prototype and testing | 5–8 weeks |
| SaaS dashboard, ERP or internal system with design system | 6–12 weeks |
These ranges are typical and are confirmed after a short discovery call, where we also quote the price for your exact scope.
Tools and the build stack we design for
- Figma
- Tailwind
- React
- Next.js
- Flutter
- Swift
- Kotlin
- Laravel
- Odoo
We design and prototype in Figma, with components and tokens that map cleanly to Tailwind, React and Next.js on the web and Flutter, Swift or Kotlin on mobile. Because our own developers build in Laravel and Odoo too, we design screens that real code can deliver, including RTL layouts, data-heavy tables and empty or error states.
Arabic RTL design done properly
Good Arabic UX is more than right-aligned text. We mirror layouts, navigation, progress bars and directional icons, but keep things like media controls, phone numbers and brand logos the right way round. We choose Arabic typefaces that stay readable at small sizes on cheaper phones, allow extra line height for Arabic script, and design for mixed Arabic and English text such as product names and codes. Numerals, dates and currency are decided per market, because Egyptian, Saudi and Emirati users have different expectations.
We work with clients in Egypt face to face or online, and with Saudi and UAE clients remotely from our Sheikh Zayed studio, sharing prototypes on staging links and reviewing them on video calls within the same working day. Language matters too: an Egyptian consumer app, a Saudi government-facing portal and a Dubai B2B dashboard need different tones in Arabic microcopy. We write the interface text with that in mind, and check accessibility so older users and people with low vision can use the product comfortably.
Why choose CodeStan for UI/UX design
Designers and developers in one team
Designs are checked for feasibility as they are made, so the built product matches the approved prototype.
Arabic RTL-first by default
Arabic and English are designed together from the first wireframe, not translated after the fact.
Tested before it is built
You and your users try a clickable prototype on a private staging link before development money is spent.
You own the files
Figma files, design system and assets are handed over in full, ready for any development team.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design decides how the product works: user research, flows, structure and what happens at each step. UI design decides how it looks: layout, colours, type, icons and components. We deliver both together, because a beautiful screen with a confusing flow still loses users.
Do you only design, or can you also build the product?
Both. You can hire us for design only and hand our Figma files and design system to your developers, or let our team build the website, app or system too. Design-only clients get a developer walkthrough and support questions during build.
Can you redesign our existing website or app?
Yes. We usually start with a UX audit: analytics, heuristic review and a few user sessions. You get a prioritised list of problems and quick wins, then we redesign the flows that hurt conversion or productivity the most, without forcing a full rebuild if it is not needed.
How do you handle Arabic and RTL design?
We design Arabic and English versions side by side in Figma, with mirrored layouts and RTL component variants. We choose readable Arabic fonts, adjust spacing for Arabic script, and test with Arabic-speaking users. Your developers receive both directions as ready components.
Do you do usability testing with real users?
Yes. We run task-based tests on the clickable prototype with people who match your users, in person in Egypt or remotely for Saudi and UAE audiences. You get a short report and the fixes are made before handoff.
Can you design complex dashboards and ERP screens?
Yes. We design data-heavy screens such as dashboards, tables, filters, approval flows and forms for daily operational use. We study how staff actually work, reduce clicks for frequent tasks, and design empty, loading and error states so the system stays clear with real data.
What affects the cost of a UI/UX project?
The main factors are the number of screens and user roles, depth of research and testing, number of languages, whether a full design system is needed, and platforms covered such as web, iOS and Android. We quote after a short discovery call based on an agreed scope.
Do you work with clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
Yes. We serve Saudi and UAE clients remotely from our team in Egypt, with video workshops, prototypes on staging links and WhatsApp updates. Egypt is one to two hours behind the Gulf, so reviews happen within your working day.
