Riwaq Al Quran (formerly Riwaq al-Azhar) had built a reputation for quality Quranic education through word-of-mouth, but their digital infrastructure was holding back growth. Classes were scheduled via WhatsApp, payments were collected manually, and teachers juggled multiple apps to deliver lessons. As demand grew, the operational friction became unbearable. They needed a platform that could preserve the intimacy of one-on-one instruction while operating at scale.
