IM2M had built powerful backend image processing technology capable of handling millions of images with advanced manipulation, tagging, and distribution capabilities. But the user interface was an afterthought — a confusing dashboard that required technical expertise to operate. User onboarding was a cliff: 68% of new signups never completed their first project. For a technical product, content strategy means documentation, tutorials, and support resources. We transformed IM2M's scattered help articles into a comprehensive learning ecosystem that reduces support tickets and accelerates user proficiency.
