We use Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO for testing; Hotjar, FullStory, Crazy Egg for behavioral analysis; and Google Analytics 4 for revenue attribution.

We calculate required sample sizes before launching tests, run tests for full business cycles (minimum 2 weeks), and require 95% statistical confidence before declaring winners.

A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flows, forms, CTAs, pricing displays, navigation, and personalization. We also run multivariate tests for high-traffic pages.

For lower traffic sites, we focus on qualitative research (user testing, interviews) and make bolder changes that have higher impact potential. We also use bandit algorithms for faster learning.
