Unifying a Fragmented Digital Ecosystem
RSGT operated multiple disconnected digital platforms serving different stakeholder groups: port operators, shipping lines, logistics partners, and government regulators. Each system had its own login, interface, and data silo. Users struggled to find information, support costs were ballooning, and the overall brand impression was fragmented and outdated. RSGT needed a single, unified platform that could serve all stakeholders while reflecting their position as a leading port operator.
