What You Will Do
- Lead discovery workshops and user research sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems with component libraries
- Conduct usability tests and iterate based on findings
- Present design decisions to clients with confidence and clarity
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of product design experience in an agency or product company
- Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating research-driven design process
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong communication skills — you can articulate why, not just what
