About the Role
As a Product Designer at CodeStan, you own the full design lifecycle. You will define problems alongside stakeholders, explore solutions through rapid prototyping, and ship polished features that users love.
You are as comfortable in a spreadsheet analyzing metrics as you are in Figma pushing pixels.
What You Will Do
- Define product problems and success metrics with stakeholders
- Lead design sprints and rapid prototyping sessions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and polished UI for complex products
- Analyze product metrics and propose design-driven improvements
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design fidelity in production
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Strong UX research skills — interviews, surveys, usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Data-informed mindset — you measure the impact of your work
- Experience working in agile teams with developers
