About the Role
You sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. Your mission is to find growth levers — through A/B tests, funnel optimization, and feature experiments — and scale them.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute growth experiments across the user funnel
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities
- Work with design and engineering to ship growth features
- Own metrics — activation, retention, referral, revenue
- Present insights and recommendations to clients
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years in growth, product, or analytics roles
- Strong quantitative skills — SQL, Excel, analytics tools
- Experience running A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- Understanding of product-led growth principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
